Cast is the exciting new performance venue in the heart of Doncaster

Opening 2013

Doncaster’s distinctive new performance venue opens in 2013

It’s called Cast because it is the four letters at the heart of Doncaster, has theatrical ties and links to the industrial heritage of the town

Cast will be a place to see incredible performances, a home to share creative ideas and a space in which to be inspired.

Cast will be a hub for exciting and inspiring performance from local, national and international companies

The venue will include a 600-seat main auditorium and a flexible space catering for up to 200 people seated or 400 standing. Dance and drama studios, first-class rehearsal/ meeting/ education spaces and a lively bar and café will ensure the venue caters for all needs and tastes.

The venue is located in the Waterdale area of town, next to Doncaster Council’s new civic offices and overlooking the Sir Nigel Gresley public square.
