Booking Information

Information can be made available in other languages, or other formats such as Braille or Audio Tape, on request. Please ask a member of our staff for more information, or if you need any other help or advice. (They can arrange to speak to you in your own language if you need them to.)

Booking in person
The Box Office at the Theatre is open from 10am - 6pm, Mon - Sat. Tickets can also be booked during the same hours at the Tourist Information Centre at the Blue Building, 38 - 40 High Street, Doncaster.

To book by post
Send full payment to: Civic Theatre, Box Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3ET (cheques made payable to DMBC). Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for return of tickets or add 50p onto your booking for postage.

Or over the phone
Call 01302 342349. Please be patient as our lines do get busy, or leave a message on our answerphone and we will call you back. Credit/Debit card payments will incur a £1 booking charge per transaction and tickets will be sent out by first class post.

Reservations
Tickets will only be held for five days; if tickets are booked by telephone, post, Internet or fax less than one week before a performance, they will not be posted out but must be collected from the Box Office 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

Refunds
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded unless the Theatre is at fault.

Concessions
These rates only apply to children aged 16 years or under, adults over 60 years not in full-time employment, UB40 holders, full-time students, registered disabled plus one carer (carer is free). Proof of eligibility required.

Latecomers
May be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance.

Programme changes
Every effort is made to ensure the programme is correct and as advertised. However, in the case of events beyond our control, it is subject to change without notice. Please check with the Theatre if expecting a particular performer or line up.

Accessibilty
This theatre is accessible via a ramp front of house and bookable spaces are available for wheelchair users. Should you require one of these please ask at time of booking. An Induction Loop System is available when electronic instruments are not used in the performance.
